Providing us with your serial number will allow us to identify exactly what model your machine is. This can give us a better idea of what may be up with your device before it is collected, as well as being able to give you a more accurate price.

There are a couple ways to find your serial number.

 

Method 1 (If you machine does turn on and loads up!)

 

Method 2 (If your machine is not switching on or loading up!)

MacBooks

If your device is a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air, then you can flip the device over, where the serial number is located underneath! This also applies for Mac Minis.

iMacs

The serial numbers on iMacs are located on the underside of the stand!
